I found some information from internet and niconico douga(Japanese video sharing website ).

There's a soundtrack release in 1992.3.25. But only in Japan and TOO RARE to find out.

There's some USED(中古品) soundtrack cd sold in Amazon(Language:JP). And - you already know about this - This USED soundtrack is still EXPENSIVE!!

@disrocka some one probably answered you by now but It was an album released only in Japan back in like 1992. It's long out of print you might be able to get a copy on ebay, but you're probably better off getting the songs off youtube via keepvid dot com or something
