The average male will make its highest levels of testosterone in his teen years, which is the best time to train and prepare your body for the bodybuilding lifestyle. What you do now can create benefits or downfalls for your BB future. Taking Trib at your age can potentially ruin your body's ability to create T when your older...the bottom line is, you dont need it right now, take advantage of your body's natural abilities right now.
