Is this a precision industires converter or a TCI? It flashes SO fast.. just awesome

That's a PI converter, triple disk rated at 3200rpm. I tested it in third with all the brakes on and got it to 3800rpm, In the video it looks like it makes it to 3350rpm when it flashes in 4th.
