Hubertus quality poor.Bought many knives from Henning and Beatte Ritter at the Shot show in 01-2010. Both promissed they would deliver first quality goods. I paid up front. I got half 1st quality and half junk. They said they would take care of it but have made nothing but excuse after excuse to the point I now consider them lies. I had to fix nearly 2 dozen knives myself. 18 are still not saleable and Henning has promissed to replace them but so far, nearly 5 months later, no replacements.

Hubertus knives are handmade works of art! Great Quality. I would like to see more videos of the factory and how the knives are made. Thanks!
