  • VW SHIT LOL

  • have you had to replace the timing belt or water pump?

  • internal or external wastegate?

  • what a cool car, Ill have to keep a eye out for one

  • Wastegate?

  • this has made my day i was thinkning about getting a 1.8t but why would i do that when i can roll coal and get more mile to the gallon ! ahhhhh! this is so great lol.

  • so cool i wanna do the straight exhaust on my tdi also, nice vid!

  • a cummins can roll a lot more coal haha

  • Sweet

  • yo i have an 03 jetta tdi and i lve on an island were there are alot of tourists and i blow black smoke at them when i pass them and it is hilarious lol

  • Damn it sounds fuckin sick bro NICE!!!

  • DUDE THATS SICK!!!

  • Euro minus 9 :))

you can shovel the grime after your car :D

  • notice the silver smoke coming from under the hood? yep this car is done for

  • Euro 6 :)))

  • I thought only diesels did that?..

  • @IIWARF4REII This is a diesel. TDI means Turbo Diesel Injection. VW made a 1.9L turbo diesel engine starting in 1998 I believe. They get amazing gas mileage

  • @Chazhill14 wow i didnt know that are they quick?

  • this engin code is AFN ? 110 or 130hp ?

  • @ThatHoodNiggaBrik AFN is 110bhp

  • ssssssmmmmmoooookkkkkkeeeeee pow

  • On your .216 nozzles, did you notice any major performance off the bat or worse fuel economy? And also, how much of a hassle is it to pull the injectors and pull the old nozzles off? Thanks.

  • The smoke is just a parlor trick to punish people who tailgate. Worth the waste of fuel but definitely a waste. My Benz wagon has alot of trouble getting up hills, but who cares 33 miles per gallon isn't bad for a car the weighs 3800 lbs empty!

  • like ittttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

  • what is the point of rolling coal? Is it to keep the egt down while the turbo spools? I have not studied diesels much. I could see how bigger injectors would come in handy at greater rpms or boost . How would one keep the fuel down during cruise? If it is for the turbo why not add extra injectors to feed the motor when it needs it?

  • Fuckin awesome, I want one now. To hell with a cummins

  • whats on the roof? a casket?

  • Stupid! And against everything that the tdi is for by doing that.

  • how does it perform?

  • It sounds like a fucking cummins.. Sorry i just jizzed..

  • @marocr3w u would say that

  • DAM NOW I WANT ONE IT SOUNDS JUST LIKE A DIESEL SHOULD

  • sounds like a mini cummins... thats awsome

  • 100% fuel milage increase than gas, only a little more money for fuel, and cleaner than a gas engine. Sounds to me like diesel out weighs hybrids by a long shot

  • @bigblocksrock hell yes. unless batteries get waaaay better. i am going diesel

  • EGR delete kit man

  • not bad not bad, nice job

  • Im confused lol

  • Is it an auto or manual?

  • Look at the engine... he smoke XD

  • so what mods are done exactly and what kinda mags you got?? look BALLER hahaha also is the car AUTO? thx mang

  • OH DEAR! SMOKE=BROKE. In your case more diesel than can fit in to each cylinder is being incorrectly injected. It's not producing power, it is reducing efficiency and power by burning off in the manifold, turbo, EGR, CAT and DPF if fitted. Gullible boy racers who know nothing about cars are often conned with these crappy diesel tuning boxes - then need to have the car repaired! Modern efficient diesels do NOT smoke unless BROKEN. LEARN about engines, refuse to be conned by cowboy companies...!

  • @urbex2007 your just jealous that your prius can't do this

  • @urbex2007 So If a diesel doesn't smoke unless is broken looks like every 18 wheeler needs to be fixed. All diesel trucks smoke on start up and if you spool it up it will smoke. I've been driving a diesel my hole life and unless its been broken the entire time smoking is just fine

  • Evry Mod, AKA, The Anti-Tailgater Mod

  • @jdmgsr1208 if its an ALH it is variable vanes....mk4 like yours are alh

  • Is your turbo wastegated....or is it variable geometry? I

  • I smell clutch..

  • Confronted by none? I will confront you and destroy you with an 8,000 lb truck. Cheers.

  • Haha, it sounds just like mine with the mufflerectomy and cat removed and evry mod. If you angle the exhaust down you wont have to deal with all that soot on the back of the car.

  • question... can u do the evry mod on a 2004 tdi?

  • @Bilbur428 Yes.

  • Very nice car! love the sound and the smoke. those wheels look nice too! what kind of wheels are those? im thinking bout getting some for my 01 white tdi

  • dude how is reliability on that year? i wanna get a tdi

  • @mirc225 The car is extremely reliable. I had never had any major mechanical problems. The only thing i had ever had to do was clean the egr valve and intake manifold. The car has 230k and gets 50mpg!

  • @jdmgsr1208 Just cleaned my egr valve, it's fuckin sick. how can I get better mileage?

  • @jdmgsr1208 does the VW tdi comes with turbo? or na?

  • @mirc225 Reliability is great on all TDI's :) . But specifically ALH models, 1999.5-2004.

  • @autoelf92 whats your opinion on it powerwise? cause i want a diesel jetta!! well i want a cummins truck but its to expensive as far as fuel goes haha

  • @mirc225 my tdi has 450000kms and ive had the evry mod runnin for well over a year, (20000kms) no problems what so ever, great engine, indestructible!!! and 50mpg to boot!!!

  • @mirc225 if you want reliability with an MK4 TDI you are going to have to learn to drive a stick. The O1M's they put in the MK4's might as well have been hand grenades, never know when one is gonna go.

  • Awsome! Does it bother you at all driving it all the time blowing coal? Id like to have more power, so ive come to the stage where i need to fit .216 nozzles. But i dont know if i could live with the smoke. Espiecially seeing as my mk4 is white!

  • @dbiz89 It doesn't continually smoke a lot but there is a haze about it. Looks like Pigpen lol. My car is green and there soot that away gets on the back bumper and tail light, So you'll have one dirty back bumper.

  • @jdmgsr1208 Lol im a bit of a clean freak when it comes to my car too! All show no go! I just read on another of your videos that you still run standard map? A guy i spoke to last year told me that with a spec 1/2 or even custom map, it could reduce smoke, so i may not have as much smoke with a different map. Just seems like a lot of work fitting different nozzles, only to remove them if im not happy with all the smoke lol.

  • @dbiz89 You seem to forget, if you inject more diesel - you must also increase the size of the cylinder in proportion! Otherwise it will just produce far more smoke and you will end up with less power. You obviously don't know how a basic engine works! No wonder diesel tuning companies selling crappy tuning boxes make a fortune from people like you. With diesel SMOKE=BROKE. It's diesel burning off due to not being used in the combustion process. Go and *LEARN* how engines work please!!!!!

  • thats what i like to see!! keep up the good work lol

  • Sounds like a plan man, good luck and maybe another video once you get that 3 inch done?

  • what have you done to put that sound ( OUUUUHHH) ?

  • @Orives16

All the car has is straight back exhaust, .216 nozzles, intake, Evry mod, bully dog watchdog economy monitor as far as engine work.

  • @Orives16 the car has a variable geometry turbo. Meaning that when boost is not needed the veins in the turbo actually rotate and push the boost out the exhaust. And the reason you can hear it very clearly is because the muffler and cat have been removed.

  • @Orives16 Variable Geometry Turbo.

  • Lol funny how jealous people get when they see a tdi after they have bought their silly little gti's. Sick tdi man. I love the whurr of the straight pipe you did too, think im going to do the same. Did you do the whole thing yourself?

  • @autoelf92 yea we did a full straight pipe from the turbo back. but soon i want to do a 3 inch turbo back straight pipe

  • that shit suxxxx get a gti

  • @maxima160 I'll keep that in mind when your at the gas station. thank you for viewing my TDI
