@SurvivalReport yeap. my 14 lb taco grande chihuahua gets cold below 65 degrees. small short haired dogs don't have the body mass to maintain temp well....however she's not at all bothered by heat.
Very nice, I've been wanting a thermal imaging camera for awhile but, for my needs, I can't quite justify the price yet. If it were 1500 or under it would be a no-brainier.
During my time in Afghanistan I found that a good thermal viewer greatly complimented regular night vision for acquiring hidden/distant targets. IE someone hiding in a bush or similar may not be visible with even Gen4 NV, while he will pretty clearly show up in even a low-quality Thermal scope. You can use a system like this to do a quick scan of your surroundings and pick up some stuff that your NVGs might not show. Overall looks like a great product for the price, thanks for the review.
lmao, the dogs not wearing anything, that would be gay..... what puppy doesn't like neon pink nail polish.....

I have a thermal rifle scope, most people don't believe me when I tell them what it costs. Its badass.
You will have fun with that one.

I am curious, will the X50, or any imager for that matter, pickup heat signatures through a glass window?
