@camlpg Gday, the BBQ is a Weber Q200 gas barby. The potatoes are hasselback potatoes, I did a separate video for these, they're very easy to make so search my vids for that one (I can't post a link in comments sorry :()

Nice recipe I am planning on roasting a chicken butterfly style with this type of orange sauce.
A few Qs: What kind of barby is that you are using? infrared?
Those potatoes at the end are very creative. How do you make them in that style? What is the name of that style of cooked potatoe?
