But yes your right Tool, APC and Puscifer are very different compared to the main bands out there when it comes to... well... everything! I think that's why it can take a while to really get into them. The deep meanings and odd music can be intimidating to people who don't appreciate this kind of stuff.

Haha I'm the same way. Some songs (especially by Tool) seem to hit some kind of psychological level I can't explain. It doesn't mean ur a pussy its just that you can the song connects better w/ u. After this song connected with me I actually showed it to a friend and he said it was the worst song he's ever heard. It's all a matter of preference, who you are, and your thought process. Lateralus, Disposition, and Third Eye affect me the most personally.
