@Wolfman12395 the actors name is Andrew Divoff he has been in WTR 3 times all different characters, he was in 'deep cover '(1995) as Carlos Darius, 'everyday heroes' (1998) as Rudy Mendoza and 'winds of change' (2000) as Alberto Cardoza .
