If you watched episode 3 he says it can happen if the person stuck backs up to enable the blast to leak affect on them, but if they dont, there not being harmed by the blast, so please pay attention. Not entirely true on the Wraith one. On the campaign mission where you have to buy Halsey as much time possible simulating a firefight, the elite won't get out its vehicle.

The wraith turret one is great for stealing the vehicle intact. You can keep it (or both wraiths) around on Beachhead in Firefight, & they will never be a problem again as long as you have them.

The plasma repeater reticle expanded only once indefinitely in Firefight with bottomless clip.
