I challenge Goddard to develop the technologies and systems that will not only encourage, but fund, organize, match, and facilitate individuals from diverse walks of life, from around the world, to come together and learn to be truly USEFUL teams, while offering standardized "credit", degrees, & recognition for the success of these experiments. .
