in italian, the "ci" makes a "ch" sound. so it should be pronounced chinema

Well she is playing an american journalist, so she would pronounce "ci" like "see."

she is acting as an american journalist so it makes sense and the lyrics of the verse of the song was english...but towards the end of the song they started to say "chi" cinema italiano...that's emphasizing that they started to use italian phrases towards the end.
