Okay, so I have been wanting to do a video for this responce thing because of 2 things.

#1) The Disney Postcard, my son loves Disney..sure he is only 8 months old.

and#2) I doubt we will be able to afford a Florida vacation anytime soon and the postcard would look adorable in his scrapbook if he won it from you..

SO..

My question is..

My son cant talk (he is 8 months old) lol. So does he have to "sing" the song to be entered?

Im a Christian and saw the text about the Laws. I Hope you dont ge the tat because Jesus said~ I came not to change the laws but to fulfill them. The old laws didnt go out of use because Jesus died on the cross! Jesus himself went to temple and abided by all the Laws! And he said be holy as i am holy! Your body is a temple! We wouldnt let someone come into out church and write all ove it with a black marker, would we? I hope you pray about it for a while at least!

My father is a minister. Half of our worship team has tattoos. I've heard both sides of the argument. And since I refuse to argue, I'm just going to do what I'm comfortable with. I don't feel any conviction on this and the scriptures don't indicate condemnation. I'm officially letting it drop, to avoid any drama. I've always been of the "agree to disagree" mentality. I would never deliberately disobey God. So I guess this is just between me and Him =)

That was for people in the old testament times, or else these days men wouldn't be allowed to shave their beards like it says in the verse right before the one about tattoos in Leviticus 19:27. Things changed when Jesus died on the cross and rose again, so the things in those couple verses don't apply to today.

The old testament always applies. It's just now in conjunction with the new laws of grace/mercy. And mercy triumphs over judgement =)

yeah but things like sacrificing animals aren't used today like they were in the OT because when Jesus died on the cross things did change, and that is no longer necessary now, because He was the ultimate sacrifice. So there are new laws, meaning the old laws aren't used, I'm not trying to say that part of the Bible isn't true. People just have to know the context and what laws were for what times, I believe the whole Bible is truth.

I'll preface my next comment by saying there may be another scripture that I'm not aware of, but in Leviticus, it says this (KJV) "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD." It's specifically referencing the period of time when the people were in mourning for someone who had died. =D
