We went thru one like this, with clothes hanging in the closets. The attic was full of stuff like old movie reels and xmas decorations. We went back a year later, and it was burned down.
That's interesting that there is still in tact furniture in this house - wow! By the time I get to these kinds of places, the furniture, pictures, etc are either usually long gone or badly broken up by vandals. Neat find! :-)

i think the reason they left it the way like that is because some one was actually deceased in the house ( funeral home), thats why the bed wasn't moving anywhere

Oh thats on of those old plantations probly around South Carolina, NC Georgia or Virginia, and its not abandoned, your just touring it. its also under repair in some spots thats why you didnt video tape much of the house the rest of the house.

This is beautiful. It's not everyday you see a house so well preserved with furniture and all, untouched by vandals. I would have gone through every drawer, to see what else might have been left behind. The last room you showed looked like it was still lived in!
