  • THAT BASS!

  • Yehaaaaaaaaaaaa Kool Riddim....!!!!!!

  • me like, jah guide

  • jah guide!!!! me like this music

  • Bass is NICE! Cruciality!

  • Dennis Brown was Is And Will Be Tha Shit No ? Ask

  • To Atonly the Song Track is called Revolution

Be aware the original song is by Dennis Brown , This performance is by Bunny Rugs who is the lead singer with Third World. And on this performance Sly & Robbie are the Riddim section.

Its your typical interchangeable reggae contract performance....lol

    Excellent Thou...........

  • whats the name of the track?

  • third world

  • sick bass

  • run 4 cover deze beat is echt dope!

    lekker hoor

    omg lekkere vibes

  • This performance was taken from Sly & Robbie's 2008 tour, there used to be more on YouTube from Barcelona I think it was, then it was taken down, I had hoped the record company took it down because they were releasing it but i cannot find it anywhere, does anyone know? i'd love to have this amazing reggae....

  • do you LOVE REGGAE MUSIC ? care to DANCE to ROBB BASSPEARE ?

  • so dirty

  • Könnte mir jemand sagen um welches Konzert es sich hier handelt?

  • same bass for born jamerican's "wherever we go" dope song...cant wait to see Sly N Robbie at raggamuffin on saturday

  • "Many are called, Few are chosen" !!

  • Robbie Is playing the bass !!! thats what he is...... a bass player

  • So where's Robbie Shakespeare?

  • originally backed by Aswad

  • @mogret Revolution by D. Brown was originally backed by Sly & Robbie, and then Aswad covered it. Get your reggae history facts straight!

  • @gbougard ohhh sorry aswad backed D.brown on "promised land" and they never covered "revolution" you should probly do your homework first before you get up on here correcting someone... ITES

  • @mogret gbougard is right. Revolution backed by Sly and Robbie.

You may be confusing it with D. Brown - Promised Land which was backed by Aswad's Love Fire Riddim

  • Incredible bass tone. Sounds like synth bass. Why can't I get my Jazz Bass to do that!

  • mmm...

my passive J bass can sound like this, but my G&L too!

l think u can try to change balance and equalization

    ihmo robbie is a genius

  • @aaduntov Jazz bass is has a pretty bright tone. Maybe try a P Bass or just turn the tone all the way down and use flatwound strings

  • @aaduntov robbie plays with his thumb, palm muted most of the time, almost on the neck. solo the neck pickup on your jazz, with some flatwounds and you'll be like 95% there.. it's all about the technique though.

I cop a nice fat tone like that on my lakland but I'm using tapewounds and a active 5 string.

  • @aaduntov

    ampeg svt :p

  • Ain't that the lead singer from Third World?

  • Sure he is. One of those voices anyone can recognize with one or two syllabes.

  • yes he izzz

  • yep.....bunny rugs on de mike....

  • @mogret yes thats the lead singer of third worl

96 degrees in the shadeee (8)

  • Respect!!!

  • muhahaha XXDDD

  • no muss

  • Who is playing the arcade machine in the back there?

  • bueno

  • Sad most people don't like this music and go for poppy things.

Best tunes ever... bassline is wicked

  • i can only agree nice bassline like some beats from eek-a-mouse and from black uhuru

  • Yo dude.. Dont get down..

A spent a lot of my life recording magicians like this. someone elses desire most of the Time.

But I will admit that reggae is wicked..

They hold eddie steaddy if practice zone avail()

I call them magicians and ensure to them that I am a sound engineer rasta..

Place the drum git ove the back there so so we can spoke it and recycle it in the aircon rasta.. get a life now!!

  • @DjRevTech

i could go for some poppy's, or some opium too to go along wit this shitty ass music. jk

  • is dat wat we call a rub-a-dub style?

  • infectious bass line

  • @chud89 very infectious i started singing right away.

  • what's this track called? i like the bass player

  • You got the answer already down here, its called Revolution originaly sung by Dennis Brown, this one is sung by Bunny Rugs, singer of legendary Third World(hope I am right:)

  • revolution originally by dennis brown in the eighties

  • This live session sound as cristal as a studio record!!!!

  • The name of this song is "Revolution" by Dennis Brown.....One of the first reggae songs I was introduced to...

"If you want to live forever, you must love one another"....."A man is paid according to his work"...

    YES IYAH!

  • revolution my brother!!!
