  • this was powerful! I woke up at about one in the morning last night with the thought "something has got to change" I have had such a negative relationship with food my whole life. you gave some great tips that i will use. Thanks so much.

  • I will try the salad before each meal.

  • Stop swallowing! Start enjoying food at its fullest! I eat 40% less when I take over 20 minutes to eat my meal. If ever it is a large meal, then I will much more than 20 minutes. Put down the fork or spoon, and bite your food to juice.
