Actually the ICR never said that the SSCS were responsible for this inciddent, the guy was working in the engine room so how he fell off the ship was obviously his irresponsibility. I gave an honest neutral opinion "What does grammar have to do with whaling?" he then suddenly lashed out at me and accused me of being amultiple account. This phrase means: "I will NOT mind my own business and do nothing, while you help kill Japanese children!"
"Not Standing by" means a person who sees a woman being raped and beaten, does not just stand there and watch! The right man intervenes!
