pat is really a great drummer. you can see alot of mike portnoy influences, but he is ALWAYS keeping it interesting and varied, which is something that portnoy has lost. as i drummer with glasses i can sympathize with him, as i've knocked my glasses off while i've played, also.
I really dislike seated shows. The crowd looks dead, I would have been rocking out to the Orlando show, but I had to watch from the back.. Hopefully you guys will come back sometime soon and I can push to the front :)
This video is fantastic haha. Made me laugh when Pat knocked his glasses off in slow motion during that roll bit. But man thats a sweet drum setup, I wouldnt want to use it cus I'd worry I'd get too enthusiastic and break it :S hehe.
Haha, loved seeing you guys play in Milwaukee! I was unseen in the upper right hand corner in the balcony all the way to the right (I looked and looked but couldn't make me out XD), but I was jammin' with you all. You guys have a bright future if you stay as dedicated as you already are. Again, loved hearing you play. Keep it up!! :D
Awesome. Almost makes up for the lack of a studio drum video. ^_^
And yeah guys, as a drummer I can say that after playing on a kit for a few minutes, even, if you hit all of the pieces you can play with your eyes closed pretty easily.
Awesome :) Does Pat get to see without his glasses? Well, he must've, or it must've been like me trying to see where the road is when it's pouring rain on my bike ride back home :P
Awsome! more drum cam vids plz!

Hopefully Pat is nearsighted and used his muscle memory. lol

Any drummer who's had his drum set up one way for more than a day can almost definitely play with his eyes closed. No worries.
