  • i would say chin ups would be a good alternative

  • u can put a chair underneath the bar to assist you going up, then lower yourself down without the chair. that's a good way to build your strength until you can do full underhand pull ups

  • @hcasimir if you go to a playground, you'll see low hanging bars where you can perform inverted rows.

  • Hi, thank you for helping out so some of us (me) know where to start - unfortunately I'm deaf.

    I understood all, but I don't know how many reps per set I should do to complete entire workout? Exactly lik what you did? Or did you do it for a faster demonstration and told us to do more of this set... etc? Please clarify that up for me, I'd be grateful!

  • 30 jumping jacks or jump rope 20 close grip push-ups 10 jumps 10 pull-ups 40 Body weight squats 25 regular push-ups 20 walking lunges 10 on each leg. 15 Underhand inverted rows 30 bicycle crunches 15 per side 25 squats 25 jumping jacks or jump rope.

  • Thanks for the videos. I am teaching a class at my church and hope to use circuit training since I am not much of an aerobic chick.

  • It can take 10-15minutes to complete.

  • i just did this workout, and it took me 10 minutes aprox, was not counting but was really fast. i feel a burn and much better.
