If it's possible to put a positive negative feed back system to guide the Sirens, then it simply adapts to desired preferences of people... Thus allowing it human feedback and a self educated system of developing music.
Get about 100 Volunteers to push one button or another as they like certain tone variety and it might just well find itself being one awesome development.
Its cool, but there's a whole lotta noise coming out of these machines.

good idea but i'd hold back on any acoustic feedback system. if these robots knew how they sounded they might quit
