It sounds like an underpass that isn't very busy with trucks and buses going through it. Or like going under a steel bridge, or grating on a bridge. I didn't see anything in the sky. But I did notice that the video person could have seen into other people's apartments really easily. I didn't see anyone displaying any frightened activity, or strange behavior. Perhaps a little bemused at the sound but nothing of a scared nature.

Why aren't people freaking the hell out...why isn't the videographer freaking out...she and the small child comments on the terrible sound(s) around the 4 minute mark but it seems like there should be people looking out of their windows in the apartments across the way...plus the people in the street seem not to hear the noises or if they do hear them don't seem to be paying much attention to them.

I live in Narva, Estonia. For the first time I heard this trumpet in February this year, returning home from work at night.
