No offense but it's not very effective. You have to go through the whole animation of picking it up and then you weapon slide, so you're still easy to kill. : /

useless, dont u ever get mad wen u get killed while picking up a weapon, thats a bitch move, on gears 1 theres a weapon slide, that 1 is pretty sweet, now that i know how to do, killing me is 4x times harder.

Yea i don't think this glitch is useless, its not as good as the original GoW2 or GoW1 weapon slide. But I don't think one of those will ever be found (We can hope). For now, this is all we got. And people need to deal with it

@LoganHeckleBerry Thing is, even though the buttons required are different, the glitches exist because of the engine they run. Even if GoW 3 uses an updated engine, the glitches will still be there, even if they are incredibly hard.

so im confused. I understand that this is a weapon slide and that it does work... but is it as useful as say the old weapon slides where it made it dificult to hit you? Because with this one it seems like they still have time to pop your head off.

Well yea, its not as helpful as the other slides, but it IS a weapon slide and it can help you, but not quite as much as the old ones

not really cus ur guy goes down for the gun twice on their screen so even if they try to shoot ur guyz goin to duck again and miss and then ull jus slide away

nice BUT hotdoggin found something similar to this but we didnt think it is a weapon slide because you can still get your head popped when you pick up the weapon twice, i will upoad it tomorow :D

I have the same problem as ynn. I get to the sticky weapon part but when i go to pick up the weapon i dont get the sticky. I am pretty sure i am doin it right since my weapons keep getting stuck.

Well, I don't know what to tell ya, it works fine for me, there is a small chance that it wont work, but thats like 3 times out of 10, for the most part, you shoudl get it to work

It should work, you might want to try to move around a little before picking it up. As you see in the video I rotate my thumbstick a little bit before pushing X
