  • STFU!

  • Although I have never been employed or performed service in the military, I have many family members who have performed military service, or been employed in the military.

What makes you say that I am not an expert?

Wars can be illegal for any number of reasons. Wars tend to be illegal. At least on one side of the equation - but usually on both sides.

The unilateral U.S. invasion and occupation of Iraq was an unprovoked attack. It was not justified by national security prerogative.

  • Support these troops by protecting them from the abuses of a wrongful foreign policy establishment. Prevent our soldiers from being abused toward the service of economic conquest and global dominance!

    That's real "troop" support!

  • I got a better idea shouldent we "Win" in Iraq so that they didnt sacrifice everything for nothing because if we lose the Iraqis are the ones who suffer. Remember what happened in Cambodia and Vietnam after the US.Withdrawal. 10million were slaughtered by pol pot, and 4 million were killed in Vietnam.

So i guess we better get it right, Then see a repeat

  • How can we win when the goal is conquest and global dominance?

It's just wrong to invade a foreign nation to take without asking.

  • So by that logic u dont think we should have gone into afghanistan after 9/11?. Also Saddamn was a bad guy he executed people, he dropped bombs on his own people. And he had tried to assasinate FMR.Pres George Bush Sr

And as Far as the UN goes... they didnt want thier oil for food money drying up.We did the right thing by removing a murderous dictator.

and if i were president and someone tried to kill my father id go after them with a vengeance

  • Well, it seems that there are some differences between us.

  • Yea id say so. Im former US.Army as is my father whos a Colonel(Ret) in the Special Forces. And lemme tell ya something this comment u made "The foreign policy of global economic domination via military aggression is illegal and immoral" Im gonna let u in on alittle secret u are not an expert on anything that has to do with military affairs or an expert on this so called Philosophy that people like u call an"illegal war" first of all u cant define what an illegal war is u dont even is.

  • I support our troops

I support the deportation of leftwing activists

  • If you had a gun and had to shot me our you 14 year old son who would you shot? I would not blame you I would shout me too. Why because you are put in that situation by orders from above. So what are these people doing in front of a recruiting station? Go to the top. Dont be stupid. I undertsanf their point but not direction like so many people int this nation. Stop the war but be smart. I was a recruiter your not doing anything im telling you go to congress and the president.

  • God for big young American men that can't afford to go to college do something with their lifes. I was born in California, raised in California and I am currently in the navy. NO ONE is and ever will pay for me to go to school. If someone would I would get out right now but that will never happen so fellas don't let these people scare you sign up make something of your selfs.

  • The IVAW are lieing peices of shit. They just say bunch of BS to get people on their side.

Killing an innocent person is murder no matter what country your in.

She should of been tried and sent her ass to jail.

They should be ashamed of themself.

  • The foreign policy of global economic domination via military aggression is illegal and immoral; stop the war.

  • great video. this needs to be promoted far and wide.

  • and ur proof is where exactly?

  • The proof is in the pudding!

Iraq didn't pose a threat - the unilateral U.S. attack was unprovoked. As such, it was an act of aggression - universally recognized as illegal.

  • The sub-human thing: my late God father was a shrink who started his career at a vet hospital helping Vietnam vets. He told me that one of his patients brought his field book into a session. It turned out the be the same book given to soldiers in WWII, except the word "Jap" was literally crossed out, and replaced with the word "gook".

    Bless the IVAW.

    Bless Winter Soldier.

    Stop the war.

  • How can this war/invasion have continued for 5years? The human toll is unimaginable, and our country's economy is teetering. How will those who have seen service in Iraq lead their lives, living with the knowledge of what they did there? There are no winners here except the profiteers.

Thanks to those who were part of the protest and to the videographer who has brought this action to our attention.

  • BRAVO! And Thank you to everyone who participated in this! This is what we need more of in this country.

  • Thank you to all those who created this thoughtful and powerful action, and to the videographer and editor who crafted this moving montage.

  • This tells clearly how brutal our actions are in Iraq. The Vets whose stories the demonstrators spoke are horrific to the doers as well as us listening. BEWARE of what the USA is becoming for by allowing evil perpetrations against others we call them toward ourselves.

  • It is clear the casual indifference to life has become the Iraqi M.O.. Beware of who we have become...our country will never recover unless we all resist the evil intrusion of BUSH.

  • The brutal truth told by powerful statements.

Beware of who we are becoming...the trail back is much more difficult but necessary

  • Recruiters prey on human beings. First, they offer disadvantaged young men and women low-paid jobs involving great personal risk. Second, they build a military force to use in aggression abroad. The result in Iraq so far is almost 4,000 American dead, tens of thousands of Americans injured, up to 1.2 million Iraqis killed and 5 million internally displaced or sent into exile, etc. Counter-recruitment efforts like this are essential for stopping the suffering caused by imperialist warfare.

  • Sorry for a typo I left in my earlier remark. Make that 5.2 million Iraqis either internally displaced or forced into exile. That's one in five Iraqis. An equivalent in the U. S. would be 60 million of us driven into homelessness or forced across borders into Canada and Mexico. Blowback from this misadventure will be a legacy we leave our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren--if we last that long as a nation. These recruitment centers should be shut down. Let's do it.

  • Excellent.

  • I think its a good thing that you are operating in liberal states where this is tolerated and you guys can blow off a little anti-American steam. We in Texas are not Seattle, Portland or San Francisco and if you come down to Houston, you might regret it.

  • With this comment, you've proved that Texans are completely full of shit sheeple/stooges who will and are proud to claim a dumbass fuckwit failure as state governor and President.

  • Thank you. This was moving and a heart-wrenching tribute to those "winter soldiers" brave enough to tell their stories and to those who were brave enough to close the recruitment center. This war MUST end!

  • Recruiters shouted down into silence in the name of free speech.
