Response to Fast and Cheap Rock and roll goes way back, the old 78s were sometmes refered to as 'Race records' or the record companies gave black musicians there own # series, like Victor 38000 or Decca 5000 so the white's would know what they were buying. It was just given a title by a White Guy in the 50s as white's were starting to play in this style as bands like Louis Jordan were being accepted by a white crowd outside of the 'hip' white community so that's when the white's say it started

He became a chiropractor after high school and later studied psychology. One report on the Web says he has returned to performing in his 70s at blues and jazz festivals.

@edjboyer That is correct. I figured out it wasn't Little Richard by the age. This child (Frank) is 7 years old in this clip in 1946 (he didn't turn 8 til the 28th of Dec). Little Richard would have been 14 in 1946. The clip is from the movie "No Leave, No Love" with Van Johnson. Folks, Google the movie title and you will see the credits verify this is Frank "Sugar Chile" Robinson. Help correct the erroneous info! There's a wiki page for him, too.
