This was Gr8 help. I am all new in this , I want this so badly, but one question how will a sigma lens work on this gr8 camera, and my night shots of big citys will it give me a gr8 shot, Sony forever
I curently have the sony alpha 230, and it is a gr8 camera, but I want to go bigger and better, I dont do photographs as a profesion but more as for my own hobby, but I am planing to go pro in future
Do the Minolta Lenses work properly with this body? I have a couple of Minolta Maxum lenses and maybe it could be a good choice to buy the A850 body for them. Thanks for your answer. I liked the video.

@locorodman Yep - Minolta and Konica-Minolta AF lenses (including the Maxum branded ones) will work. Thanks for your question.
