  • Which state does this guy live in? Confusion?

  • use the common law default method. i just beat 3 ticket for driving w/o a license. I'd be happy to send the naysayers a free copy of these docs. See th e Supreme court case of Yick Wo v. Hopkins US 118.356 thei case has never been over turned. Damnit educate yourselves people, or better yet just shut up and watch dancing with the starz and get out of the way of those who are claiming their true rights in court.

  • @justaman6972 Do I have to have insurance/registration/inspection etc?

  • @xtelevisionset no you do not, however to be able to do this you must have the (MCO Manufactuurers Certificate of Origin) This is lawful proof of ownership. You can bond yourself for insurance minimums as well. See freedom-school dott orgg for more info. Peace

  • Load of crap

  • @OldMrGrace condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance

  • Love Tammy , Love Charlie

Great Video... THANKS WIlliam Wagener Your better than Anderson Cooper 360, Greta, O'Reilly all rolled up in one.

  • where did they get there law degree?

  • driving is commerce. All crimes are crimes of commerce.

  • that definition is only pertaining to that chapter.

  • no it doesn't....

    TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 103 > § 2119

    § 2119. Motor vehicles

Whoever, with the intent to cause death or serious bodily harm [1] takes a motor vehicle that has been transported, shipped, or received in interstate or foreign commerce from the person or presence of another by force and violence or by intimidation, or attempts to do so, shall—

  • Not a single one of them tell you about the tickets they did not get out of.......

  • 12500 CVC is a law that has been upheld.

  • OK, I am quite obviously NOT WHERE YOU ARE FROM, so stop arguing with me like our laws are the same. If I get caught speeding and without a license where I live, I get a ~$400 fine+~$300 premium added to my annual insurance. Believe it or not mr.patriot, these are in place not as a cash grab for the "system" as you call it, but to protect everyone else's safety. What will you do when Mr. Sprinkle hits you drunk and speeding and you're disabled now b/c the cop pulled him over and then let him go?

  • @lhsonic well im from texas and they have the same sytem you speak of ,but what your missing is that those are codes and statutes not the law !and if mister sprinkle did do that then clearly under law there would be courpusdilectie ie i would have been damaged and or injured with causeation giving me leagal grounds to seek damages!pretty simple .

  • Real mature to call me stupid when you don't even know where I'm from. Laws are different in every single state and country. Where I'm from, insurance is mandatory and you're subject to penalty points and fines if you drive without a license. How else do you prove you're licensed, that is, deemed skilled enough to drive, by a regulatory body. This guy is a nut if he thinks he isn't driving and just "traveling"... ridiculous. Speeding is also a violation and he SHOULD get ticketed, not let go.

  • Is a birth certificate considered a contract between an individual and "the state"?

Would that constitute as agreeing under duress or without your knowledge?

Can you give back that certificate like Mr. Sprinkle did with his license or did he never apply for a license?

What about purchasing alcohol without identification even though you are over 21 or does that apply at all in this instance?

  • I am aware that we have the right to travel without a drivers license...My question is how does Sprinkle register his automobile?

  • Probably the same as you and your bicycle, ie, no registration. Maybe a plate with 'soveriegn' on it? Good question. Whatever it is, it should be VERY different then what the state uses.

  • in regards to all these comments. I am 22been driving for 3 years and have never had a liscense.have been pulled over more than 20 times, I have recieve 9 no liscense tickets 6 are dismissed with 3 pending. 14 no insurance "violations" with 6 dismissed and 8 pending. You have to remember 3 simple things. Most judges are generally wrong without contest, most prosecutors will trick you, and attourneys get paid anyways. think about that.

  • What a NUTT

  • Wrong. Free travel by "common conveyance" is a right, NOT a privilege, it always has been, and several courts have stated so. Speeding tickets are only one of the un-Constitutional actions government has gotten away with since 1937 when our justice system was hijacked by the F.D.R. administration and turned into a money-making machine.

  • not the truth my friend. No statue.

  • what are u talking about?

  • Speeding tickets are legal if you have submitted an application for a Driver License. You are then acting in commerce when you are "driving" and when the Police (Policy Enforcment) Officers stop you, they are providing a service - a benefit-privilege - by providing you with a ticket to keep you (your insurance) safe.

Also it is wise to get bonded (issue and file a bond) and claim first lien position on your 'person' - the Strawman you use in commerce.

  • That's right. It is completely lawful to travel in your conveyance without seeking permission by license.

A license is only for when you are acting in commerce under the State's codes as a private member.

If you are never going to act in commerce as a 'driver' under the State's private laws & code then get legal title to your car - from the M.S.O. (Manufacturer's Status of Origin), and don't register your car or submit title to them. Keep the Legal Title yourself (not equitable title).

  • Honestly unless you are an out of state driver you are required to drive with a license even then you are required to have an out of state license it even states in drivers guide says while operating a vehicle and it isnt an infraction for an officer to use his lights cause if an i officer sees a road hazard i.e driver driving illegally

  • Do you know the difference between Law and Statute?

  • This video is full of garbage. The Courts have consistently ruled that states can require driver licenses. This guy is loony!

  • Yes that's what the courts have ruled, etc. But there is no LAW that says you have to participate in the commercial code of their system, only STATUTE. Look it up.

  • Thanks for the video very true info in a Free society! cross12020 must be a cop! ha! By the way i'm not driven im travlin'!

  • you seem to miss this in the public vehicle travel quote.

Such use is a privilege which may be granted or withheld by the state in its discretion, without violating either the due process clause or the equal protection clause

  • Yea right, try speeding by a cop and see if he asks you if he could be of assistance. This guy is full of so much shit. Don't listen to him.

  • I used to think things similar to you. By promoting a blind acceptance to things such as drivers licenses, you promote violence and the use of force on humans against their will.
