  • Ummm...your form looks a little off. If I am not mistaken, your elbows need to be closer to your rib cage when you rack the kettlebell at the end of the clean prior to pressing the bell up into the press. You look like you could seriously damage your joints doing it the way it is in the video. Then again, this was taken almost 2 years ago, so hopefully you corrected.

  • indian clubells would work your arms, shoulders and back in a much better fashion that those
