Ed, Thanks for that footage from the GREAT WALL. That view was incredible. Must have been breath taking in person. Those steps downward were also breathtaking.

@worldtravel101 Hmmm, Im not sure i would be finished by now if I started back then. If you can see it from space, I think you might need to budget more than just an afternoon to walk the whole thing. Kinda like having the s ex with Roseanne Bar... Im just guessing...
@ozzy78 Oh yeah its a good place. I was totally thinking there were going to be govt agents waiting for us to warn us to not screw up or we'll be thrown in prison. But capitalism is very much the order of the day and the tourist dollar is king. Beijing was awesome and the people very friendly. So much to see and do, It was really really awesome. My friend did way more stuff than I and is planning to go back to other regions soon.
