It only helps to underscore the "me, me, me, it's all about me" that is unfortunately too prevalent in many players in the game today.
Most important stat by a running back is yards per carry. Assuming a good YPC avg is 4.5 than AP has had a avg of 4.5 or above every year of his career with the exception of one 4.4 year, LT only did that 3 times his entir career. And for people saying AP fumbles alot, he's fumbled twice in the last two years.Not to mention when you watch them play it's obvious peterson is better,He's stronger, faster,more elusive and a plain out better HB. The fundamental of disciplined & professional composure on the field to represent the team & the game itself. Ladainian Tomlinson often goes against this root fundamental e.g. he over celebrates & sometimes minutely smack talks post a good play. Most important stat by a running back is yards per carry. Assuming a good YPC avg is 4.5 than AP has had a avg of 4.5 or above every year of his career with the exception of one 4.4 year, LT only did that 3 times his entir career. And for people saying AP fumbles alot, he's fumbled twice in the last two years.Not to mention when you watch them play it's obvious peterson is better,He's stronger, faster,more elusive and a plain out better HB. AP has had 1300 or more yards on the ground every year in the league. His career average is 4.8 YPC and in 2007 (rookie year) it was 5.6YPC.
Beyond stats, he can outrun a CB, bull over a LB, Juke a FS, and he can do for 5 yrs straight having only missed THREE GAMES.

When LT was with the Chargers for his first 4yrs (same as AP) he had rushed for 5,899yds which is MORE then AP. which CLEARLY means LT is a better RB then AP. when LT retire i want truely do want to see if AP can rush for more yards then him, But the facts are LT is a better RB right NOW.
