  • do you plan on getting the sex with this bike? has it happened? please respond!!

  • At this speed I rather walk. BTW this total waste of your time and resources.

  • WTF

  • You should break into the mobility chair industry and market it to the elderly. They can just jack it into their oxygen bottles, talk about 0 emmisions, pure O2....lmao Cool gadget, needs a little more balls though.

    Thanks for the vid

  • That hose from the compressor limits its range a bit.

  • WOW, its fast!

  • you should make a boiler and run that engine on steam, it still beat having to ride it around the house with a hoose coming out of the back

  • I wonder if a scuba tank could be used to power it and do away with the hose?

  • Available in stores everywhere! Compressor and 50 foot air hose not included...

  • Comment removed

  • nice, very Karl Benz-ish... with a hose

  • Would be nice to be able to add a tank somehow to it. Shouldn't be too hard, although may need to be a huge one for any further than around the corner depending on engine and hoses. Any pedals just in case?

  • Cool! Get a longer hose & next time you can make the trip to your neighbor’s driveway! Easy on the accelerator there! I like what you did, really....

  • lol your better off walking XD

  • I think you were lucky that you gave up before it killed you. The head tube joint would have failed if you had achieved any speed, at all, over a bump. Very elegant framework but ultimately weak in frame design geometry.

  • @Tricyklist it's good enough for it's designed intention.

  • Maybe you could use a small argon or oxygen bottle regulated down with welding regulators? It would be pretty safe if you protected the valves with a guard, and would go pretty far if it was a small bottle, like for a wire feed possibly.

  • @copperywirey i'd love to try a scuba tank.

  • That would be an excellent idea! I think it would work great!

  • i rather walk lol

  • You're gonna need a LLLOOOOOOOONNNGG hose fer that. BTW, my dead grandpa can walk faster than that!!!!!

  • steam cars fun the crankshaft on the axle. in a steam engine (and a compressed air engine) there should be no gearing from the engine to the wheels. simply because compressed air (and steam) have enough torque to push the wheels directly

  • @MrNotch9 not in this case!

  • @666elcam no. but usually (if you run enough psi through) you can just link it directly to the axle without a transmission. that's how all the steam cars were built. if that's not the case, then i can come to the conclusion you weren't using a very large psi for your vehicle, were you?

  • @MrNotch9 when the regulator was fully open it would have a steady 90psi but this motor is so inefficient it's a major CFM hog. it makes the same amount of power with the reg half open vs fully open.

  • @666elcam it must be a ball valve to be that uncontrollable, correct?

  • @MrNotch9 i probably had 90psi feeding it, but the motor is very inefficient and only makes power on the down stroke, thus 32:1 gearing was needed to spin a 26" tall wheel.

  • well at least it runs on air... now lets put a 100 hp compressor and a 100 hp power generator on it... here we goooooooo

  • LOL I could just imagine a road trip with a car version.

"K Kids, were almost to DisneyLand, Only 6 more hours to go."

"But mom! We're only 7 Miles out."

"I know hun, but your father got it for $50."

  • Ja jebie bo ci kabla zbraknie ,kurwa to jest wechikuł czasu.

  • and if the cops were after em

  • Cool frame design!

  • Put an electric motor on it and convert it to electric.

  • @okimbeastly i should!

  • That's a real chick magnet. A true panty dropper indeed. What are those rims 40s? Roll up on the ladies in that on a Friday, awe yeah!

  • cool but i think you should do somthing so it dosent have to have a cord on it.

  • @cHARDONNAY519 i would but i have totally lost interest and this thing now hangs on my shop wall...

  • @666elcam if you don't want that engine i'll have it for my own project? that could easilly be converted to run on steam :D

  • What's with the haters in the comments?

  • @macsnafu i think it's expected of today's society.

  • @666elcam hey how much would you want 4 it

  • This is one of the most rediculous things I've ever seen, Wright brothers my ass!

  • hey bro try to use co2 (I think?) the that they use on soda machine its a compress air just dont know how long you gonna use it.. anyway save a plastic balloon might help :)

  • my grandpa can walk faster XD

  • Don't know how much time you put in here, but it would have been better spent in the pub, because that's about has usefull as an handbrake on a canoe

  • This is really cool! You can try to bring this invention to the market through an open enterprise. To see an example of an open enterprise search "SENSORICA"

Search more on the open enterprise by searching "Discovery Network - Multitude Innovation"

  • i think it look like an old steam tractor lol =3

  • I'll agree that this seems very inefficient and not very elegant... but that's the whole point of experimentation! Look at the Wright Flyer and other early planes... and where the technology has gone. I think, if it's fun, it's worth doing.

If you learn something in the process... even better!

  • @spacerconrad It was definitely an experiment and definitely fun. I now have it hanging on the wall of my shop, probably never to move again... but it makes a really good conversation piece!

  • @666elcam

I wonder... maybe a couple of scuba tanks, and you could run air-powered drag races.

  • @666elcam Do you sell it?

  • You need to invest in a long hose, imagine how much hose you need to travel cross country.

  • @MACKATTACK1970 it doesn't make enough power to drag any more hose then you see in the vid LOL

  • Why don't you attach a car battery and a 12v air compressor?

  • @yodudeimalex I don't think a compressor like that will flow the CFM needed to run this think. it's very inefficient.

  • wdf?

  • briggs and stratton engine rite? thats cool bike tho

  • Lucky bugger's got the sports model. LOL

  • this is not wire less!

  • this is going to revolutionize the way we look at transportation... I mean just look at it!

  • @kjkolkowski Ya in 1850...

  • That thing halls ass

  • hi :)

  • "Commin' over, see you in an hour"

"...But it takes you 20 minutes walking..."

  • lol...dude all you need is a big tank..

  • Woah buddy! You're gonna need some serious brakes for that machine! hehe just playin'

  • you need a long freaking hose just to ge out your block

  • @HEMAS13 too long of a hose is too heavy to drag and doesn't go anywhere lol.

  • use a 2 stroke engine it will work better

  • @All4ThePeople no, that's too easy

  • where did u get the motor from?

  • @moneyshot41 it was just a junk tecumseh engine that was missing the carb, exhaust and fan shrouds.

  • with that you could get across the street in 5 minutes..... IF the hose is LONG enough!!

  • @bellerve201 good eye.

  • hey how did u make ur frame...im in a group project at penn state and we are trying to make a compressed air tricycle but need help finding a frame how did u make yours

  • @moneyshot41 the part under my feet is 3/4" box tubing welded like a ladder, everything else is just junk bicycle parts. the neck and front fork are just from a 10-speed , the right rear wheel is just a bicycle fork and it's brake, the left rear is using the engine and gear box as structure and the wheel is attached directly to the gearbox. everything was made in the quickest way possible.

  • now you just need an air taink that can hold up to 5000 psi for trips lol cool contraptiom

  • @cambigfoot88 LOL i know and i wish. couple scuba tanks perhaps?

  • @cambigfoot88 and a compressor that doesnt use electricity and make it fast enough for a point, and make it last long enough for use and WAIT, FORGET THIS IDEA!

  • @realcampusman i was just joking around no reason to hate

  • cool but what is that cord draggin off the back?

    is that a water hose?

  • @MyFaceHole it's the air line from my air compressor.

  • Just like the old steam powered cars, very 1880's style. I like it.

  • damn this guys mobbin!!! i almost missed him there for a second.

  • @nafamyol wat

  • Thats really clever.

  • I thought rednecks liked bigblock' s

  • @frankt04

haha, im far from a redneck, but i'm more of a small block kinda guy. forced inducted.

  • that's nice, lol

  • I like your gumption keep up the inventing !
