@eajjoutlaw Yeah, if he gets found guilty, he'll appeal on grounds of ineffective counsel (being himself). I don't think he understands that this is for real. This isn't him shoving a camera in some cops face, its an actual indictment.
I'm surprised if this goes. The bench will force him to have an attorney due to his incompetence. The court has a obligation to ensure a fair trial and Ademo is another but articulate.

I "stated" the rules of procedure in my traffic case, and the judge asked me what rules they were, and he refused to recognize my statements on the topic of "the rules of criminal procedure" so clearly the court lied and cheated me in my traffic case. So i'm very surprised to see this judge offered/gave/suggested such good instruction to review the elements of "the rules of criminal procedure" @ 2:25.

As soon as you enter any kind of plea, you are as much as granting the court jurisdiction over the matter before it and your person and/or property. At this point you should demand a CommonLaw jury trial because since you entered into dialog with the judge regarding the case rather than making a "special appearance", you have now granted them blanket jurisdiction.

I find it funny that when the trial takes place, the law you are charged with violating would no longer be a violation. Basically, had you done this in 2012, you would be completely legal. I hope that if you take this to trial, that the jury is aware of this. Though the new revision of 570-A does not apply to your case, it is a good point for jury nullification. @eajjoutlaw You might want to tell that to the Prosecutors prosecuting Michael Allison an American Illinois resident who is facing 75 years to life in Prison for simply performing his civic duty and videotaping his town police in Public performing their tax paid duties. Hundreds if not thousands of people are arrested everyday in America for videotaping and photographing the police in public. Truth is it’s not ever that bad in North Korea.

Also, say to the judge....judge, this IS an administrative court is it not? When he says yes, you say good! Then you KNOW that in an administrative court that I as one of the people can NEVER appear as a DEFENDANT and under administrative I can ONLY appear in an administrative court as the PLAINTIFF!!!!!

WSince this is a criminal charge, ask the DA what jurisdiction are they bringing this under? There is no jurisdiction because there is only ONE course of action and that is CIVIL! They have no jurisdiction to enforce any criminal charges! The ONLY place they can bring you in under criminal is under Title 50 of the US code as a non-resident enemy alien. Is the DA accusing you of being a non-resident alien????

Why would the prosecutor bring up pending charges in another State, when we are to be assumed innocent until proven guilty? It's because it's bs, you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent. The mere mention that he has pending cases elsewhere instills a prejudice within the judge. And why would he ask that his right to bear arms be revoked while the trial is pending? Again, guilty until proven innocent.

Ask the prosecutor if he has been properly appointed as a US Bankruptcy Trustee? Which of course he isn't. Then ask the judge WHY is this guy even speaking??? The US and 50 States are operating under bankiruptcy and ONLY a US bankruptcy Trustee can speak on behalf of the US or State that has been appointed as a US trustee.
