  • parents, please, you don't need chocolate chips in your kids smoothies!!!  why? They are sweet without any sugar. But, if you really want a chocolate flavor, just add a little pure cocoa powder...no sugar and the fruit has the sweetness. Great with frozen bananas! My kids love it!!! And they don't get any added sugar. I add chia seeds, or some ground flax to add nutrition and not too much so it doesn't change the taste. Other than that, this was really great!!!!

  • Packing fruits and vegetables into you child's lunch is a great way to encourage healhty eating!
