Just out of curiosity, if all of the tax money goes to pay off the interest, where exactly does the federal government get the revenue to pay for all of these agencies?

If you think this was bad the Bankruptcy Act of 1933 ABOLISHED the Govt known as the USA and ALL it's Branches. It states in the Act that a New Socialist Communist Govt ran by the IMF will be in charge & the UN shall assist.

Of course, it is very exotic to deny income tax but I always thought that interpretation of Constitutional court is binding for legal system. What is the matter then?

IRS Agents have no authority to conduct audits or disallow deductions. They get away with it because their authority delegated to them by the Secretary only allows them to enforce Alcohol Tobacco and firearms taxes ie the IRS has blurred the distinction between mandatory taxes such as ATF taxes and voluntary taxes like the Income Tax. Read your privacy notice that they mail you then reference their authority with the statues in the Internal Revenue Code and you will understand what I am saying

The Supreme Court said the income tax is unconstitutional because it violated the apportionment clauses but the 16th was passed allowing taxes to be collected without apportionment. Too bad the 16th converted this country to a police state but the income tax is legal as long as corporate gains are taxed. In Eisner vs. Macomber the Supreme ruled that income is only a tax on gains and not wages. Good luck fighting the IRS they have the 16th corrupt courts. but don't give up the fight. God Bless

Ron Paul wants to get rid of it, and replace it with nothing.

I'm a Ron Paul supporter and you need to read the constitution in it's entirety, including the amendments. If you don't want to have to pay taxes, you need to get rid of the 16th amendment.

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Ron Paul does not advocate the refusal to pay your taxes. He does advocate repealing the 16th amendment.

The Supreme Court has ruled several times that a persons labor is private property and private property can't be taxed.

Tell your argument to the supreme court.

If you would watch the whole 10 minutes... In 1916 The supreme court said that the 16th Amendment didn't change the constitution.

Tell that to the people that have beat the IRS in court. Or even the former IRS agents that quit, after they found out the truth.
