Flash has absolutely awful performance, full screen flash video at 720p resolution can bring the latest Core 2 Duo to its knees. It's even worse if you're running the Mac or Linux version of Flash.
I am searching for help here. I bought a viseo camera, have video's on it, but do not know how to load it onto my computer to put it on You tube.. Ant suggestions? I am subscribing to your video's and will kepp a close eye out to see if you help on this subject. Thanks :)
iv noticed this when im on the windows partition on my MBP. But when im in OSX, full screen video on youtube does great, doesnt drop frames at all. And im running my browers on an external 30inch apple cinema display. OSX seems to be well optimized, i think cause everything is tied together so well.
Flash just runs in the CPU... you can have an amazing video card, but it doesn't matter to flash... duh?

it all has to do with the flash player itself, it has nothing to do with eye candy or "LUNA" being in use ... nor video drivers
flash player just sucks at playing videos, you can have the exact same video in xvid and flv, the xvid will play at 20%CPU not flash
