i love singers who smoke. - sarah vaughan, frank sinatra - i think there is a unique timbre to their voices.

i like this woman. she has a certain air to her - it reminds me a bit of brigitte fassbaender - some indefineable androgynous quality and a joie de vivre and - if anyone can combine sardonic ironic and affectionate - pia did. love you darling. keep singing wherever you are.

Yeah, pretty lame. I went to a Keith Jarrett concert and he simply stopped playing when people started to clap to the beat poorly. He said "People came to hear me, not you. Get some rythmn for god's sake!"
