All that we are doing is "Speculating" we have no 100 % proof. Breaking News - 7th record on the Michael Album - released on MJ site for exactly 7 days. We all know about MJ and his 7s! Who is really behind Jason Malachi, where is he now? Why was the song BN thrown at us first, surely if there was any fraud they would have started with a more MJ recognisable song, but they did not. Its in the lyrics of the song, the message it says, when you all thought he was gone HE comes to give it again.
What a disappointment I have for Charles Thomson, the Jackson's and everyone else that bought into and continued spreading assumptions without one bit of proof. If MJ's voice was substituted, then the finger should be pointed at John McClain and the Sony representative only. Using terms like Estate & Sony is too generalized and condems innocent people.
The U.S. Constitution gives us free speech, but does NOT give us the legal right to pronounce another person guilty by ASSUMPTION. You assumed Malachi's admission was true, assumed it was from him, assumed Sony, Branca and McClain are guilty, then assumed YT sent you the message prompted by Branca, etc. If you so firmly believed Malachi's admission why didn't you ask yourself why he would relinquish all monies paid to him by breaching his confidentiality agreement? I've posted personal home videos, but added a song to the background (by Gaga, by whoever) and got flagged for copyright infringement multiple times. It's very, very common on YouTube. I don't think it's the estate trying to "conceal the truth" or anything. Probably just the random bots picking up on key words/search words. (And by the way, I agree with you that the Cascio tracks do not sound anything like MJ.)

The Estate and Sony can keep lying to fans in their faces with their fake songs and attempts to silence us. But in the end we will prevail. This fraud will never stand and those responsible will be brought down once we finally get the proof these tracks aren't Michael. I'm sure we'll get it.
Basically any major corporation can claim copyright on any video it wants and YouTube has to take it down immediately or else risk getting sued themselves (for failing to comply and I guess obstructing copyright enforcement). They don't need to prove they have the rights, so they can abuse it beyond your wildest imagination and get away with it because you'd have to agree to defending yourself in court and thus having to spend money and time on what's not worth it in the end. If you displayed the cover briefly for the purpose of critiquing it then it should be legal, but if you included the album cover with the motivation of boosting views, commercial gain, or purporting it to be a work of your own then it would be copyright infringement. What disgusts me mostly is that that journalist who created that book about Michael's music (Joe Vogel) interjected himself in to the frame as If he was the foremost expert on Michael's voice. Who was he before that? No one. It's simple really NO demos of Michael's are that shoddy and he wouldn't ever leave them to someone else to look after. No matter who they are. That is just wow. I get tired too of companies trying to shut people down just because. They think they can say anything is copyright infringement just because they don't like it. I think that now there is the Internet, the copyright laws need to be gone over and adjusted. Then these companies need to stop trying to control everything & get over themselves. We do have freedom of speech & should be allowed to use it.

@TJVlogs Surely La Toya and some of the key Jackson brothers were fully aware of this a year and a bit ago. If they had something to say about it they would have done so already, especially La Toya. If its fraud, they could have gone to any court and reported it as just that cause its serious business, but La Toya nor any other Jacksons did anything about this. So what does that tell us. Anybody could have posted that "admission" note on Malachi's FB site (if indeed it was Malachi)

That is some really crazy stuff that they are claiming! I saw the Facebook post where he admitted to being the singer on the album ....and several articles all over the internet where it was discussed. That is outrageous that they would take down your video knowing it was the truth!!!!!
Oh, I forgot you had the album cover on the video. There they can take down the video just because of the cover. Damn, we are losing are freedom on the internet!
