OMG the macadamia deep repair is AMAZING!!! my stylist recommended it to me when my hair was majorly damaged (couldnt even get a wide toothed comb through it) its sooo much better than the morrocan or argan oils... i used it once and bam perfect locks once again... in canada i paid 28 buucks and thats at wholesale price... i only need a dime size amount on my mid back length thick coarse hair twice a week any more and its greasy (tells you that on the jar) put it on the ends massage...

this was a really good video. coming from someone whose had them before.

the only thing i'd like to point out to you is your shampoo contains quite a few surfactants. you might want to find something a bit nicer and see how it works.

but everyone's hair is different. so that shampoo might work fine for you. especially with your deep conditioning and oil since i think that brand is loaded with silicones.

oh & macadamea oil repairs your scalp which makes your hair grow in healthier & im in lovee with it esp when you use the shampoo & conditioner with it, but it's really expensive

loreal sulfate free shampoo lathers really well & so does pureology. I have to use sulfate free cause I got the keratin treatment & i was the same way in the beginning!

I have used the same sulfate-free shampoo before...it just didn't work for me. But i switched to the body shop rainforest moisture. Not only is it sulfate-free, it is free of parabens, colourants and foams up even better than this shampoo. U could try it. I really love it!

It's not sulphates that really clean your hair, you don't need a lather to wash your hair. You'd probably benefit from co-washing.

the lather in shampoo is made to be a psychological enhancer to make you feel/think that you in fact are cleaning your hair, but even if a shampoo does not lather it still is doing it's job!

i have been doing my hair extensions for many years and i know all the secrets u do and did them .... have you got the loop brush ? i feel i have to reach out . i was ocd with my hair when i had the bonds they still got all tangled and u get more damage than u realize my hair is recovering now if u can try the micro loop hair extensions way less damaging no heat involved and they are individual like the bonds u get either way hair extensions did so much damage to my hair hope i helped

If it's only a few inches longer now, why get the extensions at all? It would save you a lot of trouble and money, and your natural hair would eventually grow to be that length. Not trying to criticize, but you're really pretty, you don't need the enhancements. :)

Lather does not mean your hair is getting cleaner... The dirtier hair you have, the less lather you will have because your hair is absorbing all of the cleansing detergents...
