I am pretty sure this version is the New England based band "Bootless and Unhorsed" from their "If Pig Could Fly" album recorded live @ the Last Chance Saloon in Burlington, Vermont.

The killers, responsible for some of the worst ethnic cleansing atrocities of World War 2, were told that Ireland would welcome them. Ireland shunned the Jewish victims while protecting the ruthless anti-Semites. The US was worried that Ireland would become a haven for war criminals and believed its neutrality had jeopardised the war effort.
Damn, thought I was Irish and found out I was Welsh (Plus English, German and French). We are the Celts that couldn't swim and so everyone kicked our ass! But, we are the same blood as the Irish and Scots... at least what's left of the Welsh blood. We still have a separate identity from the English.
