The Mass Effect community shouldn't fight over what characters are terrible/what characters are awesome, the real enemies are the Reapers. I found out why people like Tali. Her body looks like Lara Croft's (minus the fingers and feet), she wears a cool suit, she is that usual kind-girl and has some sort of (face) mystery aswell.

I'll try, but here is what I can think of at the top of my head.

The Alliance Fleet will call you upon entering a system regarding to a suspicious Geth activity on several planets.

You and Admiral Hackett suspect that Geth is forming an staging base, therefore you went to investigate.

Eventually at the end of the mission, you'll encounter a computer with "Download Data" option and it will tell you to give it to Tali.

I'll dig into my journal archives for the specific system.

It's the Armstrong Nebula, with systems named after famous astronauts and cosmonauts. The mission is "Geth Incursion" or something. You can take it after becoming a Spectre and entering the nebula.

Just go to the armstrong cluster, you have to go to the four systems clearing out geth, then the mission at the end their base of operations there is a console you can download the data from

At the beginning of ME2, the Normandy gets attacked and goes BOOM, and Shephard dies ( to save Jokers life ), but is revived by some sort of awesome machine ( can't remember the name ). This allows him to change his class, his appearance, etc. at the beginning of ME2.

I kind of hope it's only one possible scenario (the other of course being Tali NOT accused of treason), as it will put a dampener on your heroic feelings, having upset an entire people or at least its high council. Unless, of course, these misadventures are part and parcel of a "darker" second game, which I wouldn't necessary like all that much...

I hope that Shepard has the option to comfort Tali about being Exiled, even without a romance possibility. If they become close we can see what Tali, (and Quarians in general) looks like without the suit..

Yeah, I caught that too. Do Quarians name themselves in part after the ship they call home? It seems their culture places a great deal of importance on their ships given they live in exile on a roaming fleet so I guess that would make sense.

yes, Tali'Zorah zara Nayra, basically means Tali-Zorah child of the ship Nayra(where they were born). After their pilgrimage quarians can give what they found on their quest to a captain of a ship and become of the ship, vas Normandy or vas Nayra. Im surpirised because Golo was exiled and he was stripped of his "ship" status. Maybe Tali's case is different.

AI Hack was an awesome skill. I loved playing an engineer. My first and most favorite play through out of 4 characters was my engineer. When I wasn't an engineer for my other 3 characters, Tali was a must.
