  • sixpack shortcuts is useless!!! U can get abs from just doind ab exercises if your bodyfat is low, but if it is high, u need to do over 30 min of cardio every day. Watch Scoobys workshop. Disliked the video.

  • dude it took me a month to get used to m100 2ice a day and 4 times a week.. now i come there 3 more cardio and fat burn work outs:))) make up ur mind m100 was fucking hard to adapt 2 man

  • @BIazBlue There isnt any exercise to lose thighfat, or belly fat, or butt fat. All you have to do is lower you Body fat %. How? boosting up your metabolism, high intesity work outs, and obviously lots of cardio. If you combine that, with a good diet, you'll lose your body fat really quick!

  • Hey Mike thanks for the videos. Right now I am trying to prioritize myself to time working out, but I am not sure how often I should be working out and how many video excerises of yours I should do everyday. So if you have any wisdom for me as a teenager it would be much appreciated

  • Just tried this, felt really nice. I love working with my own body weight. Mike let me know what you think of workouts done with just a bar from like a park. I personally prefer the bar over any gym. Would be nice to hear your input still, everything Ive seen you do so far and tried has been effective.

  • hey mike I've got a question. I see some people with six packs but not all of them have that V shape on the bottom. How do you develop that?

  • @Pablin6114 everybody has them, is just some people have them higher than others, just genetics. although, if some people are not able to show them, is because their percentage of body fat in their body is too high (meaning that that person is fat). the best thing you can do is lots of cardio and drinking a lot of water.

  • hi mike i workout with my dad and im fat :( i cant do a regular pushup it hurts my shoulders. i can pick up 10 lbs dumbbells and lift them about 20 times and thats all. i have dumbells ate home a a training bike please tell give me workouts for these items. BTW im 14

  • @xxbrefo a rep is one repetition of that specific exercise and a set is how many reps you do none stop before you rest. so 3 sets of 15 reps for lets say pushups,with maybe 20 secs rest. :P

What I wanted to ask you was, if I want to get abs can I still eat foods that are fattening like, pizza, burgers to gain muscle mass? I remember in one video that you posted, you talked about, that guy who asked the question was not consuming enough calories for his body to convert it into muscle. I am currently 135 pounds, and 5'9" tall. Thank you for your work and secrets to six pack abs.

  • Today I started doing this, the reverse crunches and the hydraulics (ok I've been doing the hydraulics for about a week now but never mind...). It's tough, it's a challenge and I love it!

    I like to spice things up in my exercising every once in a while. So it doesn't get monotone.

  • there is only one thing that is driving me insane right now and its such a coincidence that you posted an ab work out right now. See I'm a really muscular guy and I have nicely toned arms and a bulked chest (not fully what I want but I'm getting there) and my abs are pretty defined,but I have love handles -_- they are the only reason I still dont walk around with a shirt off. they arent all that bad but i hate them! I turn to the side and they are there. What should I do Mike? =/

  • sixpackshortcuts, Hey Mike! haha, i have a question for your, so me and my friend are about 14 ( My birthday is in a few days! :D ) and we work out together every day after school in my garage, we have a weight bench with good amount of weight and we can do bench press's, butterfly's, and this other weird thing with your legs, but any way, we really like your video's and we want to know if you could help us figure out what workouts our best for us, we do about 75lbs and yeah, hope we hear back!

  • @appinator3 You need to do a lot of cardio, lower the calories you intake per day and work out more than 45 mins. Try do a lot of running and ab crunches

  • hey mike watching your videos, i'm 6'7" 156 pounds and have a heart condition, now a lot of these exercises with only body resistance are great for guys like me since most of the time we're not allowed to do more than 5 pounds within weight training, thanks for the videos so far working out great

  • i like this one... it really helps me. i just tried it and i feel the crunch each time like you said. its funny i never work out, i just started. but i have a four- pack.. maybe its from playing soccer alot?? please tell me. by the way im not built im a skinny kid :) just trying to gain some extra muscle and work on transforming my four pack into a six pack.

    No exercise out there will burn JUST stomach fat, exercise burns fat everywhere ;) Wanna burn stomach fat? Do compound lifts a few days a week - deadlifts-squats-bench press, do cardio daily also.

  • In future please be more respectful when posting comments, he's a honest guy just helping others with his own wisdom. When i listen to his talks regarding health, he gives great examples & information that has helped alot of people, so for those of you who are going to post hate messages, stop & think for a while, take a look in your own mirror, at least Mike practice what he preaches instead of hiding behind a mask...
