When I saw his team, they look awkward together, but they work. For one, Aerodactyl has a speed rating really close to Electrode, and Registeel is one of the best walls out there, the only one I KNOW that beats him is Shuckle. Finally, Scizor is a defensive fighter, I'm trying to train one right now.

Well Garchomp is considered uber now so Golduck would have died because it was EV-Trained and has good Attck and Spd from the start!

Ouch. That was a touch break, Overhazard. One question: Why did you target Scizor instead of Registeel with Focus Punch? Scizor's Bug typing counteracts its Steel-type weakness to Fighting moves!

Scizor is a bigger threat. Registeel is there merely as a wall and is vulnerable to Critical Hits, especially with the Substitute out.

Really, you should only assume your opponent dosen't EV train if their whole team has no items, or only partially has items. Also, that Sableye should have been a clear indication that this guy knew what he was doing, you have to be good to use something like that decently.
