  • i enjoyed your creativity but i would just stick to a real lathe, only $200 for a small one

  • I almost shit myself when you switched on that drill! Lol

  • So much negativity.Good for you.

I would imagine majority of negative comments are from folks that only make things in their minds and not their sheds.

  • @express375 Thank you :)

  • Ridiculous. Not a lathe

  • WTF am I watching? Not cool!

  • are you idiot or smth???Finally youtube is full of badass carpenders...

  • Completely impractical.

  • Interesting! Thanks.

  • invention of the year, lol

  • you are a genious lol

  • the stupdest thing ive seen in a long time

  • lol.

  • You'll break you drill very fast using it that way. Drill is adjusted only to axial load

  • I hadent thought of that - maybe wrapping sandpaper around it or something would ease the load?

  • yep,he's right. If ya wanna do that sort of thing, get yourself a cheap ass hammer drill(not set to hammer).Cause if you keep doing it that way,you will create alot of slop in the bearings, and could damage them.

Also if you wrap the paper around the item you reduce this about 90%. I use this method occasionly to reduce the diameter of steel.

  • @djpaulk

Yeah, I can see that. Maybe a cheap router would work too...?

  • thats fuckin awesome im a try this out
