Having watched both interviews my only defence of O'Reilly's different tones. Despite the fact he is obviously Republican is that O'reilly had to go to see Obama and only had 30 minutes with him.

O'Reilly is such a double-standard douche. He claims that nobody gets an easy interview on his show and here, he clearly favors McCain. With Obama, he threw everything he could at him, yelled at him nonstop. With McCain, he practically gave him a hand job.

Why do so many Americans hate Bill O Reilly?? I personally think he's an excellent journalist and anchorman; indeed, a 21st Century journalist. He has said things that I, as a European (Ireland) disagree with, but for the most part I feel he is fair and more importantly sincere.

PS BOR never shouted at Senator Obama, his interview was tough but never hostile. And if one was to argue this point they could be just as easily countered with how annoyingly soft the Obama interview on NBC was.

I agree, i saw the Obama interview and immediately searched for one of Mccain. NOT ONCE in the the Obama interview was Mccain talked about or compared like he did with the Mccain. FOX is so biased, and this inerview is a walk in the park for Mccain, when it should not be.
