There is a fairly good variety of non 200 BPM songs, the only one I can think of that is a stupid 200 BPM is Mei, that is BS, and also the percentage thing is a way for machines to make moneys on, so yea, BULLSHIT.
No, Snatcher is by Final Offset, they made Twinbee Generation and Jam & Marmalade in Beatmania III and IIDX. This is definitely "System" from 5th mix. Perhaps you're thinking MASK from Club Mix? I've also got that one uploaded.
