Alicia Esteve Head and Ester DiNardo are most definitely NOT the same person. Just judging from the photo comparison, you can tell the difference in their noses and age. Esteve Head's nose doesn't start as high as DiNardo's. DiNardo's is a very Italian nose, whilst Esteve Head's nose stars lower on her face than DiNardo's, as well as being more common in Spain and Britain. Then there's the age. DiNardo is at least 20 years older. There's also videos out there of her, and she looks way different.

Assuming that name actually was her real life fiance. There's some private, independent researchers who make the claim that the number of dead was closer to 300 than to 3000 although I think it would have to be a little higher. But there's plenty of talk about fraudulent death claims.
