The frame is by Sparrow Products and is no longer available. They had it out way before Align and it is excellent except for the 4/40 aluminum screws! I also have a spare set of yellow fiberglass frames from them that came with it.
The head is all Align (generation 1) and still works well. Some day soon I hope to retire this and maybe purchase a Align Sport 450 heli. I also now have a 4450 Pro.
