One thing I'm mildly disapointed about is that Coco never got a shot at Crunch, even once. I mean, she took on N Gin in Warped, why couldn't she hop into a vehicle to tackle Crunch in one of the four elemental bosses? Not a big deal, but it's something I noticed. Guess they wanted it to focus on the fight between Crash and Crunch.

I liked the touch of Aku Aku/the various elementals dancing through the field marking stuff; gave the boss fights a feel of demigodal powers going at each other.

The water boss was so fucking annoying rofl: very short if you got it right, but took me many frustrating attempts..and not fun at all. Also, if I remember correctly, this is the one that had ludicrous loading times which really killed it for me.

Oh my fucking Jesus, ain't that the truth. I was fucking FLOORED by those when it came out... man, I was so excited, new Crash game, came out just after I got a PS2, was 10 years old...... and it's 5 minutes before you can even play the damned game, and then.... yeah, the load time was bullshit. And unfortunately this wasn't that great a game either. Definitely the worst at that point (well, maybe excluding Crash Bash)

@JMarsella9 I agree about the load times, but I thought that the gameplay was too slow in which ruined the fun, when I only played this game cuz I lost my ps1 trilogy I got used to it but going back to the ps1 trilogy after purchasing it on ebay my first reaction was "Holy shit why's crash so fast". Crash being slow can be seen by simple observations when you hang on the ceilings and go across[if i didn't explain well then ex the sewer levels(cb2) arabian levels(cb3) and space levels(cb4)]

@JMarsella9 It's easier to notice when you move while hanging it's harder to notice in normal levels I only noticed because I was stuck playing this game until I repurchased the original trilogy. Overall Crash Bandicoot The Wrath of Cortex isn't terrible but I didn't really like it that much. I give it a 6.5 out of 10 meaning it's an okay game

@JMarsella9 Which is why if you compare them I suggest searching up sewer levels from crash bandicoot 2 or arabian levels in crash bandicoot warped to compare to some of the space levels in the wrath of cortex or the desert level in the last warp room(not secret warp room)

I love crash bandicoot, but it sucked on ps2 though. 1,2 and 3 was awesome. 4 was ok. But the games after that, well i dont wanna talk about it, its to sad. They fuckin suck. There's like no way to hit fire crunch without sprinting, well barely. Seems like theres a sprint button for the robot, either R2 or circle, it works even without the running shoes

Defiantly the best one that isn't in the original trilogy. It'd also be cool to play as other villains, including my personal favorites: N. Gin, Pinstripe, Kommodo Joe, and maybe even Tiny, though he may be a bit too overpowered. I'd also say Nina, but I don't really consider her evil.

@XhoowieX Well technically it's against the four Elementals using Crunch as a body to fight Crash while in Cortex's lab you fight Crunch using all four Elementals plus Cortex when Crunch slaps him off the podium. You're pretty much loaded with bosses in the last battle.

For boss four:

Head attack: It's kinda hard to dodge becuase the Balls have NO pattern, but It's pretty easy to shoot

(Crunch's) Left arm (The one that Does the ice Spray): Kinda Easy to dodge, Eaiser to shoot..

(Crunch's) Right arm (The one that does the "Baseball"):Easiest of them all, mainly because all you need to do is to "DO A BARREL ROLL!" XD

Chest: HARDEST TO AVOID, or atleast for me it is, but it's the biggest target..

Second boss: Hard at first, but once you figured out the pattern, you'll be fine...

Third boss: Kinda hard, but not impossible...

Fourth Boss: ZOMG! TEH BOSS HAS HAX!!! HE'S ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Final boss: It's hard, but not as hard as Boss 4...
