I always thought in my childhood this song is japanese,I have to say, kinda similar.Im learning now Japanese and I guess it is not.

The liryc consists only vowels tht can be found in Japanese, (maybe it is Ryukyuan language,who knows.

My mother language is kind of Ural one and I feel it is part of Ural-Altic languagetree. Turkish is one of them as well (Altic), maybe it is closest kindred or so. I dont know, Im just thinking cuz this song is amazing. Anyway, as far as I know Hause is spoken in Africa (North-Nigeria,for example, mostly muslim ppl)

This theme along with the others in this release and the previous and next tenchu release is made by the same guy who did the Rurouni Kenshin soundtrack: Noriyuki Asakura. How in the world can not be perfect!?

please check the lyrics....in japanese according to the person who wrote it it says 'ya alla' he follows on to write the english translation this means 'oh lord' which is mighty similar to another religion i know off....the truth will always be beautiful

Im 24 now..... I remember when I first bought it in 2000.....it was heaven....soon as i cut this game on....this song stuck with me....and I still have the entire Tenchu 1,2,3,Kurenai,Senran and Tenchu 4 soundtrack on my smart phone....

Duh, no. There are multiple kind of swords in Japanese history. Even Japanese themselves may not know all kinds of sword ever made in their, how can YOU be so sure?

Also, sword for ninja is made for quick stab so it's shorter and straighter than the one wield by samurai.

@thepims Dear God no. I have a strong feeling that it would ruin both the nostalgic memories and the specific character the game has. If the developers have to come back to Tenchu 2: Birth of the Stealth Assassins, they should do nothing more other than to inspire themselves by the amazing story and create another Tenchu just as awesome as this piece was.
