@Nexis4Jersey I think, it was built as an electric train. This type of trains, the GTW (gelenktriebwagen) had 2 versions. A diesel version and an electric version. these versions have also 2 versions. A long and a small version, but between the passenger cars drives the power-car. If a power-car has a pantograph, it is an electric train. if the power hasn't, it is a diesel train. because these trains delivered in 2006, i think these trains aren't rebuild. So this train wasn't a diesel train.

@Mennozeilen We have the diesel version in my state....there is an option to upgrade to Electric.
