  • thankfully william wallace never encounter a military chunk of lead

  • Even without watching this I knew .30-06 would punch through chain. I'd love to see 22lr vs chain to see if it could stop it.

  • @vrune1

It will kind of stop .22 LR rounds. A .22 ends up turning to shrapnel after hitting the first layer. Rips about 4-5 rings out, too. If it was 14 or 12g rings, it would stop the .22 easily.

  • k is there honsetly a reason why we have to sit and watch a metal shirt lyin on the ground for 2min before anything actually happens? Shot @ 2:13 for ppl thant don't want to waste their time.

  • Yeah that would be cool

  • Lol. Yeah that sounds like it would be fun anyway. :P

  • @medievallover120

It was. I just wish I had something better to test it on, like a ballistics gel dummy, so we could get an idea of what kind of internal damage one could expect.

  • Why?

  • It only took about 5-10 hours to repair the damage, but it was worth it, plus, I was bored.

  • Who would want to shoot there maille. Those things take a while to make. And cost a lot of money. But what ever.....

  • @ThisIsJRJ

Didn't cost me much. About $150 including the cutters. Time is a different story
